Nav-Marine Corps Relief Society....

Find your nearest Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society and find some needed help. You can make an appointment. Help is there. Baby help is there, as well. Layettes for babies are available and loaning closets, as well. Call and ask for information.
There is no shame! Once during our first year in the Marine Corps we had to use the NMCRS. It was our lifesaver. We had a preemie in the NICU and she was in and out of the hospital for 6 months. We were out of league and knew nothing, except everything about a kidneys and hospitals. They helped us. If you them. Go to them. There is never any shame in asking for help.

First Family Wrapped In A Bow!

Our Very First Family Is Found, Helped, and Wrapped In A Bow!
I'm so happy our first family has been helped and will be completed, wrapped ,and mailed off to them tomorrow! There will be a few more smiles this holiay season. It's not going to change everything for them, but I wish them Happiest and Merriest of Holidays Seasons. Love one another and cherish what you have in your heart. Use education and EXCEED in it. Love and Kindness will move us forward in life friends.

What act are you working on and is kindness a part it?
Love,
Christie.....

Ready For Some Contagious Kindess?

I don't know how this idea came to be in this complex brain of mine. We have such abundance in the little things in life that go overlooked and that is a shame.

Actually I take it back and know exactly how this came became a means to an end of hope. Yes, a means to hope. I am hoping we can give families and children hope for the future. Love can bring hope where hope is non existent.

There once was a little girl who was attacked and had all her hair cut off by another little girl, in middle school. She had a noose tied around her neck and all her blond locks cut from the scalp to the waist fell to the bathroom floor. The little girl was changed, but taking her life back with strong amounts of control is going to make her one hell of a human being during this lifetime!

So, here's what I'm thinking. I'm going to throw out conventional wisdom and not hate the girl. There's enough hate out there for everyone. She must have enough hate for herself. I'm turning hate around.

Let's show one another kindness. Kindness can change hearts and be contagious! Are you ready for some contagious kindness....?

XOXO,
Christie
